About the Teacher
I’ve loved art for as long as I can remember, and I believe drawing is something anyone can learn with the right guidance and a little patience. I have my BFA and experience teaching high school art, leading students through the fundamentals of drawing, printmaking, and sculpture.
I started Savvy Art Lessons to make art approachable for beginners and hobbyists — people who might feel intimidated but are excited to explore their creativity. My lessons focus on practice and progress rather than perfection, so you can build confidence while learning the techniques that form the foundation of strong artwork.
Whether you’re picking up a pencil for the first time or returning to an old passion, I’d love to guide you through your artistic journey and help you enjoy the process of creating.

I want scheduling to feel easy and flexible, so lessons are offered on weekday evenings and weekends.
Weekdays (Mon–Fri): 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Weekends (Sat–Sun): 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Your first 30-minute meet & greet is always free and scheduled by request. From there, we’ll choose lesson times that fit your availability within these hours.
Weekend availability is limited and may be offered at a different rate due to higher demand.
Let’s Connect!
I’d love to meet you and hear about your creative goals. Please fill out the form below with your full name, the best way to reach you, your availability, and what type of lessons you’re interested in. This helps me prepare and ensure your first session is tailored just for you.
After submitting the form, I’ll reach out to schedule your free 30-minute meet & greet. During this time, we’ll:
Get to know each other and talk about your interests.
Go over your experience level and goals.
Walk through what future lessons will look like.
What to bring:
A notebook or sketchbook (if you already have one) so I can gauge your current level.
Your questions and ideas for what you’d love to learn.
